New Maryland Code Article

For those of you that received your new supplements to the Maryland Code, you would have noticed that the code now has a new article: Housing and Community Development. The editors of the Maryland Code have for some time now been involved in the process of transfering sections from the chronologically arranged code into separate subject sections. This newest article is the most recent in that process. This Article represents information that was previously housed in Article 83B of the chronologically arranged code. Through Chapter 26 Acts 2005, this information was transferred to its own article. Interestingly, only the Lexis version of the online Code has updated their material to reflect this change.
