Maryland Board of Public Works

The Maryland Board of Public Works "ensures that significant State expenditures are necessary and appropriate, fiscally responsible, fair, and lawful" and, in so doing, "assures Marylanders that executive decisions are made responsibly and responsively." The Board issues a number of advisory opinions to other state agencies, most of which are available in full text. This site also lists who's been disbarred from doing business with a public body. Also, see the links page for links to related resources.
