Hello,
I was interested in getting information on marriage in Maryland. I have gone through countless websites and never saw what I needed. I am a U.S. Citizen who would like to get married to a foreign national in the U.S., who is here on a temporary B1/B2 visa. Do I still need to petition for a I-129F? The form looks like it is a way for my fiance to get in the country but he is already here.

Thanks for the information. I've been researching lemon laws and looking into hiring one of the lemon law lawyers in the area. Long story, but I recently bought a car from a used car dealer and it was not offered with a warranty. Things just kept needing to be replaced and the dealer refused to cover it because he sold it to me as is.
