UCC AND MD UCC

Remember that when you're doing UCC work, when MD implemented the UCC in the Commercial Law Article of the MD Code, they did so using the same numbering system used in the UCC. As a result, if you know the section in the UCC, you can use that same section number to find the place in the Commercial Law Article, and the other way around. As an example, Section 3-207 entitled "Reaquisition" of the Commercial Law Article is the same section, 3-207 in the UCC itself.

hello there! good I found this site. I have a problem and I am hoping that somebody can help me. I have recently purchased a used vehicle from a dealership. the problem started when I found the truck on their lot. the paint was shiny, very clean interior and was advertised as Certified Pre-owned with 65,681 miles on board(?). but it was the exact thing I was looking for, extended cab, long bed and 4x4 so I said that's the truck for me. I took it for a test drive with the salesman by my side and discovered that it had soft brakes, a chip in the windshield and the a/c was warm. the salesman said that everything will be fixed. I also noticed when I put the truck in 4 wheel drive it was getting stuck and needed to rev up the engine to get it move but the salesman said that is something normal on 4x4. when we returned at the dealership I asked for a Carfax history report and the salesman told me he will get it for me later but I will see it's clean and I have nothing to worry about. also his manager assured me there is nothing to worry, he knows the person who traded the truck and it's a reliable person and also the dealership is in business for over 90 years and they wouldn't offer for sale something that was not good. I was allowed to take the truck over night with me and I took it for a longer test drive. I discovered that over 60 miles an hour it was hard to keep it straight, the steering was pulling to the left. I returned the next day at the dealership and told them about the steering problem (I was assured that it will be fixed!) and made an offer and purchased it for 10,375$ out the door. I payed for it with 2 credit cards and a cashiers check. I had to leave the truck (certified pre-owned, remember) in the dealership shop for repairs and to get it inspected and I was told that the next day I can pick it up. the next day was not ready and the salesman told me it will be ready after 2 days. at that point I realized that something is not right so I checked for the Carfax report and found out from there that the truck has been involved in an accident (front impact with another vehicle) then was sold as a fleet vehicle at a auto auction and for the last 4 years no records of the mileage or regular service and only 16,000 miles recorded on the odometer. when I received the phone call to go and pick up the truck I went there and asked the salesman why did he lied to me about the clean history of the vehicle. he denied the accident and when I showed him the report he said that might have not been a serious accident and that is why he didn't mentioned to me. I also looked at the truck and I noticed that the windshield has not been replaced (as I was assured by the salesman) instead had been repaired but still I could see where it was chipped and the paint had lost it's shine and was completely buffed out in places. at that point I said that I am not taking possession of the truck and I went to speak with the manager. the manager told me that it's not a new truck and this is what I paid for, he actually said "you paid for it, it's yours". I insisted to get a refund because they misrepresented the truck and failed to disclose the previous accident but I was told "that's not possible but if I want I can trade it in and buy another truck". at that point I left and I tried to contact the general manager, left him several messages on his voice mail in different days but never been able to get in touch with him. after three weeks I called him again, left a message and he called me back telling me that is nothing he can do, I bought the truck and it's mine so I have to go and pick it up but now I have to pay also storage fees (83$/day). this is absurd. it looks like they are trying to get every penny I have. can somebody please help me to get out of this contract or to get my car(even with problems) without paying anything else? my e-mail is mileaalin@yahoo.com thank you for your patience reading all of the above
