Impact Fees In Harford County

The Sun recently carried an article on Harford County Bill 05-21 which impose an impact fee on new single family homes. The fee is to help pay for school construction. The authority for this bill comes from Maryland General Assembly HB 965. HB 965 was subsequently incorporated into Article 24 of the MD Code at 9-10A-01.
