City Sues PSC Over Rate Plan

Following on yesterday's posting, the Sun reported today that Mayor Martin O'Malley sued the Public Service Commission (Mayor And City Council Of Baltimore vs Baltimore Gas And Electric Company, case number 24C06003976, Baltimore City Circuit Court; available online through the Maryland Judiciary Case Search) over the Commission's proposed plan to deal with increased electric bills. The suit claims that the proposal does not go far enough to deal with the rate increases and requests judicial review of the PSC proposal.
